Membership:

All Columbia Business School students are welcome to join the Hispanic Business Association (HBA). Students can sign up during the open club registration period held at the beginning of each semester via Campus Groups.

Members gain access to HBA’s unique networking opportunities, career-related resources, and community-focused programming by exploring the areas below:

Networking:
Connect with current students, second-years, and alumni across industries, and build meaningful relationships through mentorship, social events, and peer connections.

Programming & Insights:
Engage in guest speaker events, industry-specific panels, workshops, and advice sessions with second-year students who share real-world perspectives on recruiting and career paths.

Events:
Register for HBA events including professional panels, cultural celebrations, conferences, social events, and treks (must be logged in via LionMail to access).
